All streaming video sites, except for 2, take a very long time to load (5-45 mins), any idea why and how to fix it?

Computer Type: ASUSTeK CM1855 FX-8120
Cores: 8
Threads: 8
CPU Speed: 3.4GHz
RAM: 10 GB (Hynix, Dual Channel)
RAM Speed: 1600 MHz
OS: Windows 10
Internet Type: FibreOp
Download Speed (Max): 150 Mbps
Download Speed (Consistant): 125 Mbps

For the last 2-4 weeks, every streaming site takes at least 5 minutes to load and can take up to 45 minutes to load except for "AU Engine" & "Daily Motion" which load in less than 10 seconds. I have that problem no matter if I use "Firefox"," Opera", or "Google Chrome". When the video finally loads, sometimes I can skip through the video instantly and sometimes it takes almost as long to skip through it as it does to load. This seems to vary from streaming site to streaming site. I have no problem with the Netflix app and it doesn't do it on my phone or TV Box or Q102 Tablet. Websites load at a normal speed. I can't think of anything to do to fix this. Can anyone please give me an idea how to fix this? I don't even know where to start. I can't think of anything I did to start it in the first place. Thanks in advance for any ideas to help fix my problem.

Are you telling me that you've got 150M down on Fiber and it takes 45 mins to load a YouTube video? I'd ask for a refund!

I'm just a computer noob, but I guess if the problem only happens on your computer and not any other connected devices then the problem is probably with the computer, not the network. Although you might want to reset the router and see if that makes any difference. Is your computer the only computer physically plugged into the router?

I guess you could try to reinstall flash. Or check to see what process is using the most memory when you try to watch a video. I don't know. I hope one of the smart people answers your question.

I don't think that's it because it's it because some vids load quick and others are extremely slow. Anyone else have an idea.
