Graphic Card Burnt, should I buy a new graphic card or a new CPU

My graphic card has some problem.

When I am running the machine some lines starts to appear and then computer restarts automatically after some time.

I remove the graphic card, then it is running smoothly.

My current configuration is -
Core i7 - 2600
Ram - 8gb
Motherboard - DH77EB

I am thinking of buying - GTX 960 2 Gb

Now what should I do, should I just buy a graphic card or should I upgrade my complete pc.

CPU is perfectly valid even now, but if the card actually burned then there may be damage elsewhere. At minimum you should replace the card, but if you have the money might as well upgrade to a skylake system.
