When I updated to Windows 10 I chose my newest HDD as main. But when I unplug the old HDD and turn the pc on it says that it cannot find boot files. The old drive is loud so i want to move the boot to the new drive. Is that possible.
Sorry for my bad english.

Maybe.
Assuming you have a Win 10 install DVD or USB, try this:

Power off
Disconnect all other drives.
Boot from that Win 10 install
Repair.

It might work.

Your best bet is to just back everything up, and do a fresh install of Win 10 onto the drive you want it on. You can download the ISO right from Microsoft and it'll automatically re-activate itself now that you've installed it on the computer once.

And for a variety of reasons, this is a bad idea.
Leads to confusion later.

If it were me, I'd just start over.
Remove ALL drives except the one you want the OS on.
Install the OS

Later, connect any other drives, and wipe that whole thing.
Or, if that old drive is old and loud...fridge magnet donor.
