The MOBO Info is useless.I need to know the Laptop Model.If you dont know the laptop model.Follow these steps:
1.Hold windows/start menu key+R(The run window should pop up)
2.Type in dxdiag and click run
3.There you will find system model,i need to know that and then maybe i can help
