What's up guys. My name is Zack and I have a question. My current pc is a q9550, 8gb of ram and a gtx 760. I am clocked to 3.7 and my mobo is a asus p5e. What I want to know is which of my parts would give me the highest gain in framerate? The cpu or the gpu. Here's some of my game play. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCQpmH8-i-j6nshxZB8kIlNQ I play games like cities skyline, mostly gta 5 and black ops 3 and the frame rate is fine but it's the little drops that get me. I don't have a huge buget for a complete over haul and I know a new cpu also comes with getting a new mobo and RAM. Your help is need and thanx in advance.

For Cities Skylines you need cpu power.
Black Ops needs a nice GPU
GTA both.
If it's really only short frame drops the GPU is probably your best shot
If the fps just drop heavily after some time then your CPU doesn't have enough power
