Random Colours flicker/Facebook Gifs/Videos
I recently came across this problem i've had it for awhile did a clean windows install and drivers see if it would fix it but it's back but not as bad, sometime i'll have flickering happening when i am playing League of legends , and facebook videos start out pixelated and then if i skip like 1 seocnd it will be normal and working fine. Motherboard MSI H97-E35
Gskill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600MHz 8GB
SSD Crucial MX100 128GB
1TB SATA seagate
I've done a graphics card test with FurnMark for around 20minutes had no issues with my graphics card maybe its been bad since i've had it built about a year ago? If anyone could help me out with this would be much apreciated.
Should i replace my r9 270 with a GTX 1060? As this got recorded i don't think it is a monitor issue as i have the same issue on my second monitor with videos. Or what could this issue be from?
