Looks fine, although I would probably save a bit more and get a better power supply. You would also be better with 2x4GB of RAM instead of 1x8GB, unless you plan on adding another 8GB module later.

Yeah I plan on upgrading the ram later. And shouldn't 430w be enough? The graphics card takes 120w and the cpu takes 65w and that should add up to the majority of the power used. Right?
