Hey everybody! After having to reinstall windows 10, I seem to not be able to access the internet. From what I remember, before the reinstall, when I was connected to the internet through ethernet it would say the actual name of my network, but now it just says "Network 4". Under control panel/network and internet/network connections when I go to ethernet/status it says there's sent and received bytes. Not sure if that means anything just thought I'd point it out.
I've already tried ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /release, and ipconfig /renew.
Thanks in advance!

After a second reinstall of windows, everything seems to be working fine. UPDATE: Things went downhill again, but I figured out that my CPU was dying and it was corrupting pretty much everything on my computer. After replacing my CPU, everything is working again.
