Cpu Usage 100% FPS DROP GAMING PROBLEM HELP!!

When i play games cpu normaly in big games is used 99% the max. Now i cleaned it, re applied thermal paste and it goes up to 100%. When it hit 100% the game start to lag and fps drops, when its 99% the game works 60 fps and up. Only when it hits 100%, but before it never hited 100% while gaming only 99% .Did anti virus scan, degfrag, check disk all the things not working. Using win7.

Temp are very good, cpu its cooler than it was before applying new thermal, its way more cooled. And gpu its normal too.

Temp are very good, cpu its cooler than it was before applying new thermal, its way more cooled. And gpu its normal too. And nothing is running in my background to take cpu power.

Hi. You didn't say what games you are playing, but a lot of games these days will really work your system. I suspect, with your specs, you are really going above what the system can handle.
