So, last summer i played skyrim all day long with this current laptop, wich features an intel Celeron n2840 with its integrated graphhics (i know, not a good gaming experience but that's not the point) and earlier this year i noticed that my laptop started having thermal issues for example, my laptop at idle would stay around the 60s (Celsius), and when gaming it would reach the 90s and the computer shutted down, so i went to the IT guy here in my town, and he said that my laptop doesnt even use thermal paste, how is that even possible??

If you're not up for doing it yourself then I would bring it to someone else.

Its possible your IT guy doesn't know what he is talking about. Either that or your CPU cooler is using a thermal adhesive pad which essentially does the same thing (although not as efficient). Should you remove the cooler this pad needs to be replaced, and if the cooler has its own mounts outside of the adhesive pad then thermal paste is a reasonable replacement for it.
