Brand new HDD extremely slow even though tests show it's OK

Hey,

I'm kinda stuck here. I've built a new PC recently and the hard drive has been acting strange these last 2 days. It's a Seagate ST3000DM001 3TB. I use this drive for my downloads and games. There's no OS on the drive.

Yesterday I tried to play Bioshock Infinite which took like 10 minutes to load, but eventually worked. I did notice textures loading really slow sometimes. I just went with it.

2 hours ago, I tried to launch CS:GO but it just wouldn't load. Even after restarting. My friends wanting to play with me, I figured I'd just delete it and install it on my SSD so I can play, but when I went to delete it, it was really slow! I started 2 hours ago, it's currently on 50%. This is a 12 gb folder.

I ran a sector check and a health check on HD Tune Pro, but both claim everything's fine. No bad sectors and everything shows up as OK.

But the drive is just insanely slow! Basically unusable. What's the problem here? Is my drive dying after 2 weeks?

Sorry I don't know why I didn't but I wanted to type it says CC46, not CC4.

When I enter the serial on the Seagate site it says there's no new firmware. Kinda lost right now.

While the firmware is downloading I noticed this in HD Tune:

Is this the problem? I don't know what the difference is between UDMA 5 and 6.

how slow is your hd tune pro test on the drive?? you may be going through what i'm going through with my hdd

occasional slow read/write that slows down gaming and will revert back to normal/fast speed with restart

It rarely gets better with a restart. And the HD tune pro test took a really long time.
And my slow speed doesn't just slow down gaming, it straight up is unable to load programs that are on that disc.
