Hi, I want to get a Mad Catz but my friends say the are not good? I love the way they look. I found the Mad Catz M.O.U.S. 9 which is wireless. I need it for fps gaming, people talk about dpi but I don't think I'm too bothered, more because I don't know what it does. I don't want to go cheap but nor expensive.
I had seen the Mad Catz R.A.T.3 but it looks too small. The Pro X looks soo sexy but the price is too much. ATM I have the Kane nemesis pro which the keyboard feels too cheap and the mouse is uncomfortable. Any recommendations or advice?

Solution
I only play bf4 and use the next ,mouse which i enjoy using,

i have the Logitech G402 as well, but think it's too small,i tend to pull with it making the crosshair go down.
Got a Mad catz as well which on the other hand are pretty wide again and short
And finally got the Razer Deatadder Chroma as well, which i used before the Asus Strix claw, and alot of people use that one,but switched anyway. The Asus just fits my hand good an works well.

Point is when buying a mouse get something that works for you, read some reviews about it,I even possible go to a store and have a "feel" :p,get what's fits your hand and has quality. The quality of the Asus i can't say much about...

Hi thanks for the quick reply, but everyone has razer or Logitech. Plus I want one that looks like MadCatz.everyone thinks they such a good company, well I mean they are. But I want something different. i only have £35 as well, idk how much that is in dollars.

MadCatz aren't a great company to be honest unless you're into huge mice with poor build quality!
No point overlooking quality brands like Logitech, Razer and Corsair just because everyone else has one.
Other people use them because they are good quality, and offer great performance.
Some recommendations are the Logitech G502, the Razer Deathadder Chroma and the Corsair Sabre RGB.
In the UK, this is what I would go for.

Thanks for the reply, i do see where you are coming from. But I want a mouse that looks really technical, something a non pc gamer will see and go what's that. I've been using the Nemesis Kane Pro for about 1-2 years and they have seemed fine, i only got them cause i needed a cheap keyboard and mouse. the mouse is so uncountable and the keyboard feels cheap. I need a load of buttons on my mouse but not next the to thumb.

if you want to confuse people and have them ask "what is that" at that price range: EXDISPLAY Gamdias Zeus Laser Mouse is an good option

but if you seriously just want a good mouse try the Logitech G402 Hyperion Fury Gaming Mouse

Yep, being different isn't always good. Most people choose Corsair, Logitech and Razer for good reason. :/
It might get you a quality product if you had a budget of say 60 pounds, but 35?
You're guaranteed to get a poor quality product unless you find something on sale.
I personally don't like the G402 either, weird finger positioning, forces you to use a certain grip that I don't like. :/

The Blackwidow Chroma is currently insanely cheap. Great all round mouse with good performance, I definitely recommend picking it up, even if you have to pay shipping! :)
Should still work out quite cheap if you can do it through a private company.

Get this if you want to buy within the UK though.

That you for the replies. I'm going to try the Mad Catz mouse. i have a 30-day return period so if I don't like it ill send it back and I will then know why there are so bad xD. but the G402 look very nice. but i will have to wait for it to get here. I'm not a hard core gamer anymore, I'm less of a gamer now I have my csgo team, for me to make youtube videos and photoshopping.

I know you've already decided or ordered the mouse but for future reference, I personally dislike razer. Their products are too expensive and aren't always as god as everybody makes them out to be. Logitech have very good reputable brands and features and are often at a good and affordable price. Madcatz is a company that from what ive seen try to make affordable equipment, and from my experience they do it to a 'moderate' level because there are places they can improve, but for the price of a madcatz mouse, they probably are worth it.

There are other brands like finalmouse, corsair and cooler-master, however these could be a little bit more expensive.

I think the main and moral of the story is to make sure you read reviews and watch youtube videos testing them :)
