Best cheapest Graphics card for minecraft

As you can see from the title, what is the best and cheapest graphics card for running minecraft above 100fps?
my budget is under 100$

I don't know the answer, however Minecraft is mostly CPU limited title, since it's java based. Therefore your CPU is going to be a much bigger factor in you getting high FPS. Several people last year told me that Minecraft run on Windows 8.1 and above started requiring a discreet graphics card. Matter-of-fact, I just last year gave away my old ATI HD 4670 to a dad on this site, whose daughter simply wanted to play minecraft; that card is 8 years old. Worked out great for them, although I don't know what frames they were getting. What are your full specs?

Won't need a very high power graphics card for Minecraft.
I recommend the EVGA SC 750ti, should be more than enough!

^ Sir you are truly psychic. That was the exact GPU I was going to recommend, but I figured that I'd wait to see what his specs are first. I was worried that he might have an archaic CPU and supporting components.

Dunno much about MC but as far as cheap cards go...since the launch of the RX 460 I've noticed prices going down on the gtx 750Ti...also seeing more mail in rebates.

Or save up and shoot for a RX460 at $120.

An i3 will be plenty.
You want to go intel at this point, AMD haven't been competitive in the CPU market for a while.

That's probably not going to happen!

Just get the 750ti, and then save up $200 for a CPU/mobo/RAM upgrade later down the line, should be fine with a dual core.

You may also want to keep an eye on ebay and hw forums for a good deal on something a couple years old but still plenty capable...like sandy bridge. When people upgrade, a lot of times they (aka me) just update the mobo, cpu and maybe ram and sell the previous combo as one unit on the cheap then put that towards a new gfx card.
