Ok, so long story short, my computer turns on, no beeps which means something's wrong but i dont know what it is, and no display to my screen from my graphics card.

However, my onboard mobo gfx works, and so does my monitor which is how I am typing this up right now. I dont know what to do. I filmed me turning on my computer and put it on YouTube
( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4-GnxXFmQQ ) to show you guys my problem. As you can see, my computer turns, no display, but my graphics card turns on for a bit, and then shuts off (the little white light inside the case).

Any ideas on what I should do? I'm about to try and reset the graphics settings in BIOS and try to get it back to the graphics but I'm not sure why I would need to since Ive never had to do it before building the PC.

My PC:
ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Vapor-X Video Card

Thanks.
