GTX 1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Before you tell me to wait for GTX 1080 Ti, to be honest I doubt we would see GTX 1080 Ti. Because the gap in between GTX 1080 and Titan X Pascal is too small for GTX 1080 Ti to fit in.

If you have some evidences of possibility for Nvidia's next card to be release soon, please post it here.

I'm still on the fence about getting GTX 1080 SLI or Titan X Pascal. I know that GTX 1080 SLI will perform even better than Titan X Pascal but I don't really want to deal with SLI config because of lack of SLI support among the games.

I would like to have reference card aka Founder Edition which GTX 1080 SLI will run me 1,400 dollars while Titan X Pascal will cost me 1,200 dollars.

Titan X Pascal is 30% faster than GTX 1080 ..

GTX 1080 in SLI will give you around 80% more but only in games that take advantage of SLI ...

so GTX 1080 SLI is better than TITAN X Pascal but not in all games ..

For gaming the x80ti typically out performs the Titan of same generation. So still plenty of room for ti version. So to answer your question wait for the 1080ti. (Or get the Titan) sli is becoming less and less useful in newer titles

Okay, it would be good idea to buy Titan X Pascal then sell it after GTX 1080 Ti release?

You can get a single GTX 1080 now and sell it later ... dont get SLI now .. it is easier to sell GTX 1080 ...
