Well it`s right to be concerned.
But I will put your mind at rest here, let you into a bit of a secret.
The SB_PWR light is for Stand By Power !
In easy terms, it`s there to say Stand by power is working.
Or when the motherboard is in standby power mode.
For when you put the system into sleep or hibernation mode via windows.
It will blink when the system is put in that power state Real_4.
For quick resume and power up of the system.
Try it.
