Black Screen Crash with GPU Fan Speeding Up

i was playing csgo in full graphics and when loading is completed my screen goes black pc freezes and my gpu fan speed increases .. so when i lowered its graphics it runs fin sometimes it happens in the division also ..all temps are normal

specs
i5 3470
8gb ram
psu cooler power 700w
gtx 670 4gb

Note: psu is cooler power not cooler master it has same logo like coolermaster

More than likely its the PSU. Seriously doubtful its putting out anything close to rated power, cheap Knockoff of CoolerMaster. Your gpu really needs a 500w psu, better to invest in a good 550w.

i bought the whole pc without gpu .. the shopkeeper said that it has coolermaster 700w psu .. yesterday i bought gtx 670 now facing this issue.. but some games like rise of the tomb raider and assassincreed unity running fine dont know why only problems occurs in csgo and the division
