I have decided to switch from laptops to something different such as this build:
Thermaltake V21, i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core, Asus H110M-A MicroATX MB

I would like to use this build for studying and light gaming (CS:GO, Rust,...)
I'm not an expert and I'm not sure about those parts: the mb, cpu, ram and psu.
For start I haven't choosed any gpu yet (low budget), but maybe later on I will try to
upgrade with adding another 8gb ram stick, gpu and maybe a better fans.
I would like to ask the community for any suggestionsusing from your experience.

Solution
DDR4 2133 is the fastest ram speed, that H110 supports. The number is the speed, not socket. Ram is fairly cheap, so I would stay with 16gb, for some longevity. GTX 950 would fit in nicely with that build. It is a nice budget card. With the new budget, this would work. It would give you an i5, and decent graphics.

H110 doesn't support that fast of ram, 2133 is the max. The PSU is not a very quality unit. Those kinguin licenses are not a good idea either. Too many stories of those keys not working. You want to get a legit key, from an authorized seller. Monitor comes with an HDMI cable. The USB wifi adapters are not very reliable. You are better off getting a PCI-E one, or maybe using a mini-itx board, with built in wifi. To keep the costs down, you would need to go with an i3 6100, which is still a very capable CPU.

FYI, I deleted your other thread that was basically a duplicate, of this one. Just ask those questions, in this thread, please. Keeps the forums less cluttered.

Hello there, thank you for a quick answer. As I read through I was a bit shocked with the i3 cpu because I don't think I could afford upgrading it in a couple of months after buying the whole setup. I'm a student who is looking to build something for studying and also light gaming. I would like to expect playable fps rate such as 60 fps in CSGO. But than I got the idea behind it, so spending less on the cpu with going for the i3. But I also have a couple of other questions. I didn't really get what do you mean by the ram by saying "2133 is the max" I was thinking that 2133 is the socket type for the ram slots. I also agree with going for 2 ram sticks even if I personaly think that 8 gb will be enough for me as I'm not planning to do any video editing, rendering etc. Maybe I should go for a bit smaller monitor with 19", 21" which also makes the costs drop by £20 - £30 which could allow me to spend a bit more on the cpu or gpu later on. I have no idea about psu so I just have to believe that you as someone who looks smart and with good building experience choosed the right one. Also I would like to upgrade later on and buy a gpu when I will be able to afford it so does the psu have enought capacity or what do you suggest? Also what kind of gpu do you suggest for around £150? So let's say that I'm not going for any hard gaming etc. so I'm probably looking for a gpu which will cost me no more than £160. My friends recommended me to go for GTX 950. What do you think about that?

I have been thinking about the build you made for me. Could you try to remake it a bit if I will give you a bigger budget? I was thinking that I could ask my parents for some parts for my birthday, christmas, etc. Do you think adding another £100 will make a difference. So my budget would be £800 and no more including gpu, monitor, keybr, etc. I think a 19 inch monitor will be enought for now so that drops the costs as well and I'm not gonna be doing any video editing so I only need nice 8GB of ram but what do you think? I'm not an expert and if adding another £100 wouldn't do such a difference just tell me to go for what you made for me above. Thank you for your help.
