Erm guys i really need help with this, my GPU's FPS is soo much lower the last time can anyone please help with this? I do not know if its my GPU or my CPU or anything

The GT 740 is not a gaming GPU - it has about half the power of a GTX 950, which is considered the lowest GPU that can handle newer titles.

I only use this GPU for CSGO Mid setting it was running very very smoothly no fps drop or anything but now there's FPS drops everytime and the fps is very low tooo.

OK, then bring up task manager and make sure you don't have any processes running in the background. If that doesn't help, I would try uninstalling the drivers using DDU and do a clean reinstall.
