Cable that connects HDD to motherboard broke.

When I was screwing back heat sink and fan after applying the thermal paste, one of screw fell below of laptop motherboard. I flipped over laptop to take screw back, but with screw hard disk also out. Its cable faced load and just snapped from middle. I don't even know this cables exact name I just know it as "SATA cable". Now the problem is that, this laptop (Toshiba Portege A600) is bought from Turkey and I am Pakistan. Parts aren't available, checked all nearby major laptop/pc repair and parts shops, non of them have this wire. Is there anyway to repair this or get this? Its pretty old and discontinued model of laptop. If it can be repaired please help me how. Link to images below.

This cable is for sell on eBay by a seller which has 99.4% positive feedback. Their website is cmyhub.com and here's the same item on their website for sale:

I contacted him and I can pay him via payment option available in Pakistan and receive my item. They have free delivery too. Now the problem is I have never bought anything online in my entire life, not even within the country. So my question is that, should I buy from him? Its all good?
