As you see i have the problem with no signal i've got it once before and i've fixed it by pulling out the ram and changing the ram slots( 2 slots x 4gb)
but this time nothing works ive tried the ram reset, pulling out the cmos battery , reseting the bios with jumper , cleaning the pc, changing gpu slots , changing monitor, putting new thermal paste on the cpu the gpu doesnt seem dead to me, but recently ive tried to reset the bios with a jumper so i putted the jumper on the 2 pins i tried to boot the pc,didnt boot and then i pulled it out,it started but it keeps reseting after 5 seconds or more and i still have the ,,no signal"

Solution
Do you have an intergrated gpu? Try using it when it displays the "no signal" message.
I had an old dc7600 with a 9400GT gpu and an intergrated one. One day it boots but no signal, i kept restarting it, then it started beeping once and didnt boot to windows. So i hooked up my screen to the intergrated one and it stated that the device in the PCIx16 slot can not be initalized. I did the ram trick you did and it booted no problem once the bios got the "new hardware detected" message, pressed f1 and woot it worked.

It kept happening more and more often though. GPU was dying i guess.
So I got a used DELL and put the card there, updated the bios and it works.
That was just me being lazy and not testing it.

Try getting a different gpu, or...

Try getting a different gpu, or take yours and put it into another pc and test it.
