The i3-4130 is an LGA1150 Socket type and the Asus motherboard is an LGA1151, so it is not compatible. If you're looking for a motherboard for that processor, then that motherboard is a bit overkill, especially when the processor cannot be overclocked and isn't for a really intense-usage system.
