Linking Toshiba MFP to Active Directory

Hello, I'm a new desktop admin and have been tasked to research linking our MFP copiers to Active Directory, eliminating the manual process of adding users to the printer's address book. I know you can scan to a network share as well but would also like the option for users to scan to their home drive. Assistance is greatly appreciated!

This depends on the model, Toshiba support can help here. If you look at the options you will see settings where you can enter the domain name and other options. When I did this, we setup a generic user for the scanners, gave them rights to specific directories, and used those to scan and save files.
