Otherwise, one is overclocked at the factory, the other isn't. I know the gaming 4g has the Twin Frozr cooler as well, dunno what the other one has.

both have huge price difference. price wise Is gaming one is worth buying?. I am on tight budget.

The gaming has a better cooler, slightly higher OC, as well having multiple built in OC levels to easily switch between like a Silent mode, a gaming mode, and an OC mode (each has an increasing clock rate over the previous)
Gaming is all around better, but probably not worth 30% better like the price difference.
