I5 4690 minecraft / other game build, mother board recommendations

Currently In the process of building a pc for the first time, and have found finding a mother board can be strenuous and very confusing. If anyone can give me a few recommendations on a decent budget mother board for under 160 would be greatly appreciated

It would need to support at least 3 fans not including cpu fan

If your not using the 4690K processor then the first board listed will work just fine the 2nd board is the one I'm using with my 4790K processor. You could use the 2nd board listed with the regular 4690 if you wish it's a very good board and a very good price.
