My RAM wont run at it's advertised speed (2400mhz). It only runs at 1600mhz.

Specs:
-Memory; AVERIX 2 x 8GB DDR3 2400mhz
-CPU: i7 3770 (non k)
-GPU: GTX 660 (Evga SC)
-Motherboard: Asus p8b75-m
OS: Win 10 64bit

I've tried following multiple tutorials on how to get the advertised speed of 2400mhz but everytime I get a failed overclock error. I've enables XMP and updated my BIOS to the latest version but no success. Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
Think I need to apologize - reread the opening post, and believe this mobo maxes at 1600.....I'm sorry I was thinking a different Asus mobo. You could try up to 1.65 on DRAM voltage but don't think we are going to get anywhere

I tried your suggestion but even at 1866mhz, I get that overclock failure error. With no luck at 1866, I doubt 2133 would work.

Probably worth mentioning that I'm not super tech savvy so I'm not quite sure how to check that. As I mentioned, 1866Mhz gives me an overclock error. Would these screenshots help by any chance?

For the last one (1.6), it doesn't seem to be accepting it, automatically reverting to auto.(1.6 was meant for DRAM Command mode yes?)

Am I getting this right?
DRAM Voltage : 1.6
DRAM CAS# Latency: 9
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay: 10
DRAM RAS# PRE Time: 10
DRAM RAS# ACT Time: 25
DRAM Command Mode: auto?

Alright I've set those exact settings and I sadly got the same result after clicking save and reset; a black screen, and after shutting off the pc and turning it back on again I get the overclockong error.

Memory Standard : DDR3 1600/1333/1066

I didn't realise this was the only supported speeds. Slightly disapointing news but atleast I got a good price on this RAM (60$CAD).
