So now I should buy an Rx 460 but some friend told me that Rx 460 has problems and if you listen closely you'll listen the memory bus so I'm confused!
I'm 120$ budget and the only two suitable cards now are the RX 460 and the r9 270x...which one is better ? And which one should I buy ?
