hello guys. I was reading about cpu oc and etc and I came across this "1 core per compute unit".
some games that I was playing were a little cpu-heavy so, it would be great to make my old FX6100 oc'ed and stuff.
SO after I Oc mu cpu normally, i started to look for this option in the bios but I don't know where to find it...
I don't know if its something related to my motherboard or anything else.

resuming: how do I enable this option ?

My MB: Asus M5A78L-M LX V2
my cpu: Amd fx6100 bulldozer
gpu: gtx970
ram: 10gb 1600

1) It's in your BIOS
2) Don't enable it unless you know exactly what it means.

Basically you'll be turning your "6 core" chip into a true 3 core chip, and unless you run single threaded applications the change might actually make the system slower

Yes, i've read about it and saw some benchmarks, discussions in gaming forums (...)
the problem is that I don't know if this option have another name in the Bios or it can't be done with my MB, because I coudn't find it anywhere D:
