I recently bought a new GPU and replaced my GT210 With a Radeon HD 6870 Iceq
The Problem is that I getting very low fps in all games. My old GPU is even better than my new one. I already Tried uninstall drivers with DDU but that didn't work.
My GPU/CPU is not overheating.

CPU: Intel Celeron j1900m: Boosted at 2.4 Ghz
Mobo: ASROCK q1900m
PSU: 720 Watt Be Quiet
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
