yes, it might bottleneck a bit but a used gpu at that price range aint gonna run any better than a new one...
also its one of the best cards around right now and u can reuse it when u upgrade next time...it ll give u some future proofing in that sense as well...
the rx 460 has just been released...look for price/availability at ur location or shipping online...its the best u can have at that kind of price range...

So you're suggesting to just get a new one instead of used?
Looking at my CPU, won't it bottleneck the gpu? I've read somewhere that could be a possibility.
Also, is the pci express 3.0 compatible with my 2.0 x16? Any loss in performance?
And the RX 460 looks huge. Will it fit?
