I some how got a file that keeps recreating it self on my computer it is called fords.exe how can I get rid of it?

Sounds like malware. The smartest thing you can do is just reformat your system and start fresh, most likely that thing isn't the only malware on your system.

If you need to save some files first, get malwarebytes and that should remove the primary malware, then put your files into an external drive (that is NOT your primary backup) for quarantine. After that reformat.
