Hello!

Autocad, cadwork, axis vm, office.
And games like counter-strike 1.6 and WOW3.3.5, but i will also try new games.

Benq gl2460hm and maybe i will set the second one, Samsung syncmaster ex1920.

Budget : 1062 american dollars

Solution

I would suggest the Noctua NH-D9L cooler. I have also edited the build a bit. If you can afford to, you should go with the newly released 3GB Geforce GTX 1060 and 16GB of DDR4 RAM instead of 8GB.

+Innocent Demon I don't know the answer to your question. But it might be helpful if you state the programs that you plan on using. Do they render through the CPU or do they use the GPU's CUDA or OpenGL? What's your budget? Is this for production, school or recreation? Last question doesn't really matter, but I'm simply curious.

If you could go with this it would work much better.

1. Changed CPU to i7-6700. i7's are great for 3d modeling and rendering. The extra threads and cache will help.
2. Changed motherboard to B150 chipset. (no need for overclocking)
3. Went with Dual-Channel RAM. (but 16GB would still help)
4. Went with 2TB hard drive. (not much more cost than 1TB)
5. Changed Radeon 380 to Geforce 960. (Geforce cards work better with rendering and 3D modeling)
6. Changed Power Supply to Semi-modular for better cable management.

For the money, it can get what you need done fairly smoothly. What country will you be buying from? Is the "1062 american dollars" towards the tower only?
