So i stil confuse about upgrade graphic card. in my local store.
Sapphire Nitro 470 4Gb - $230
2048 stream Processors
1750 MHz Memory Clock

Sapphire Nitro 470 8Gb - $270
2048 stream Processors
2000 MHz Memory Clock

Sapphire Nitro 480 4Gb - $260
2304 stream Processors
1750 MHz Memory Clock

I playing in 1080p resolution, and always cap FPS @60FPS (i do this with my 280x, it can reduce heat, power consumption, GPU usage) its enough for me due to my monitor just 60hz. In all Game i am not ULTRA setting freak, just high setting also enough. ULTRA setting is very good but not mandatory.

based on http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2016-amd-radeon-rx-480-4gb-vs-8gb-review
"The four gig RX 480 loses 12.5 per cent of memory bandwidth - 256GB/s vs 224GB/s - this results in a one to four per cent difference in performance, depending on the title."

1. So any suggestion about pick graphic card with best price performance?
2. it is 470 4gb is enough or do i need grab 480 4gb? (i believe 470 8gb is eliminate due to wasted for 1080p gameplay )
3. Or it is $30 different really worthed for 480 4Gb? 470 4Gb - $230 Vs 480 4Gb - $260

If you'll be sticking to 1080p 60hz, then the RX 470 4GB is all you need right now. That said, for an extra $30, I'd take the RX 480 4GB.

The RX 470 8GB is priced too close to the RX 480 4GB, so don't bother with it.
