Right,

So atm both of these ram bundles end up at around £40, my budget, should I go for the faster ram or the name of corsair? After all its 600Mhz faster but its from a Japanese company unlike corsair it isnt as well know and reputable

Ive never even heard of Panram Ninja-V before, Corsair is a very reputable brand. In your title the Panram is 3000Mhz but in your post you mention it that it is 3600Mhz. Is this correct? May i ask what PC this is for so that i can know the ram requirements etc? Only Z170 and boards can support memory higher than 2133Mhz.

Get this if you dont have a Z170 board.
