Solution
What is the BIOS brand on the motherboard? Did you test new RAM on your system? The RAM may be good but the RAM slots may not be. Try running in different RAM slots.

You did not really list the sytem specs, what is the exact brand and model of the video card and the components? Are they all new? You said the system was working fine, so it did work at some point and just started not booting with those beep errors?
When you say "everything is working fine" exactly what does that mean when you then list two issues with the system?

Did you look up the beep codes on the motherboard support site?

Need full system specs of the system. How are you installing Windows? Did you test the setup media on another computer? It maybe a bad hard-drive, maybe bad RAM.

I tested everynthing ram slot
But i meer to put 2 ram sticks per pair of ram slot

The only things i know about my video Card is that it is created by his and the driver and chips are Made by amd
The video Card is working welkl on my partners pc

I cant locate te bios on my pc sadly

I will post some pictures o the pc an the 2 monitors

When you turn on the PC, the BIOS screen will come up, it will tell you what brand it is on the splash screen. Or does it not even get that far?

I just read your original post, you said you installed Windows on another PC, then put the hard-drive into yours, is that what you did? "I installed windows on another hardrive and another pc and there it installed Windows
But when i put the hard Drive in my pc it hangs on bootscreen"

Or are you installing Windows on the computer you are having issues with directly? Hard to sort out exactly what is happening on the system with the posts, you may want to start at the beginning and list exactly what you are doing to get Windows installed on the computer and what is happening. At times it seems like it's trying to load Windows, then it's giving beep errors at boot, then you are installing Windows and it's working, then not working, you have it installed on another computer, then moving the drive to this one, not clear about what is actually happening.

You may want to have someone where you are to check over your build to make sure everything is plugged in and that you are installing Windows properly so they can see what you are doing.

Your system also looks like a mash-up of old and new parts, that can easily be the issue also.

Te only prob now is

How to update bios

Hang-the-9
VERY MUTCH THANK YOU
YOU SAID IT CAN BE SOMETHING WHIT RAM
MY STICKS ARE WORKINH
BIT WHEN I DISCOBERED THAT MY BIOS IS NOT UP TO DATE
IT CANT HAVE MORE THAN 4 GB TO RUN

do you know how to update msi bios
I will give the bios code In an few hours

Use only the two 2 GB sticks, see if it finishes the setup properly then. If not test with the two 1 GB sticks, maybe even one stick at a time.

MSI support site for your model will have instructions on how to do a BIOS update. If system does not boot you'd have to make a boot disk to run the update.
