I'm either having trouble getting Corsair Link setup correctly or something is wrong. The Corsair Link version I have installed is much newer than my previous version on previous OS install. Straight away I've noticed that my cpu temps are higher normal. With Corsair Link on the default settings the cpu idle is high and under a Prime95 run it's hitting 100° in a matter of seconds which is not normal at all!

I've discovered setting the pump speed to performance mode brings my cpu temp down to where I would normally see it at about 30° but before I only *ever* used to use the balanced mode pump speed for the same temps.

I've always found Corsair Link to be finicky. Has anyone had joy getting this running correctly on Win 10?

Configuration somewhere is wrong,

No, not really multiple symptoms just panicking a bit. I can understand the particular issue above might be difficult to troubleshoot over the forum. Sorry I'll try to limit my posts.

I'm not worried about the number of posts, I'm more worried that it might be that you actually have one issue with lots of symptoms, and by only presenting a small subset of symptoms at a time we can't see the bigger picture. You might get a better, faster and more encompassing result with one complete set of symptoms.

Probably because I've cleaned installed Windows 10 so there's so many things going on. Also there are many new things to learn in Win 10 for which some things I have not been able to find answers for from other sources.

I'm failing to see what you think my one big problem is. Please I don't mean to be offensive but your making me nervous about making new threads.

to be 100% clear, there is no problem with you making many posts, (unless you are creating duplicates, which you aren't).

I have no idea what your one big problem is, i've not looked at all of your threads, I just saw several from you and checked a little further. I also don't have time to look at all of them, and neither will anyone else, and non-mods can't see that you have other threads.

So if there is one big problem, no-one will see it, and you'll go away unhappy or with a partial solution. That's all i'm concerned about. You wouldn't go to a mechanic with car and say there is a bit of a noise from the front wheel and not let them look at anything but the front wheel, and then go to a different one and say that the steering is funny and not let them look at anything but the steering wheel etc.
