I am wanting to upgrade from my current PC which is a FM2 processor and mid size tower, to something more future proofed and custom to what I want. Keep in mind I don't plan on OC'ing anything. I need opinions on if these parts are in my best interest to buy (I suspect the motherboard is too fancy for what I plan to do) and if you notice any incompatibilities with the parts. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/fbrhtJ

Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M5 ATX LG1151
GPU: MSI GTX 1070
Processor: Intel I5-6500
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case: Corsair 750D ATX Full Tower
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
HDD:
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
OS: Windows 7 64-bit Professional

Give me your opinions on the part choice, compatibility issues and,
1. Does the SSD require a special mount or does the case already able to mount it?
2. Does the PSU have all the required pin headers?
3. Is the motherboard meant more for Overclocking and is there a cheaper motherboard for someone who doesn't plan to overclock?

Solution
1. no mount required it already has 4x 2.5" bays for ssd's.
2. Yep that psu is high enough W to be able to supply your system, I would say change it for a EVGA g2 650W power supply though as its better quality.
3. yes Z170 motherboard are used for overclocking and yes look for an MSI B150 motherboard these are cheaper or you could get the slightly more expensive H170 motherboards.

GNARly advice brude, would the h170 be compatible with the rest of the PC parts like the 1070 and ram. Would the 650w g2 have enough of the cable plugins for the whole system too. I'm curious cause in my current system, my psu didn't have a 8pin so I had to use the molex for my gtx 960.

HAHA Punny! and yes the H170 is effectively a Z170 motherboard with all the features just doesn't overclock, I personally own a EVGA G2 650W and it powers my R9 290x which require 14 PSU power pins 8+6, so yes, it defiantly has enough to be able to power the GTX 1070.
