I am building a budget pc and I would like to try and get as much performance out of it as possible for around 700 dollars. I have pretty much everything picked out except for the cpu cooler. Multiple people have told me that overclocking the 8320 to around 4-4.5 GHz will give me around the same performance as a decent i5. What cooler should I get for the Fx8320E that I am getting, so I can get good temps without sounding like a vacuum. I don't need anything crazy, just something good enough. Being quiet is a priority.
