I would like to ask the community for any help with choosing the right psu for me. I'm looking to build a mini PC for studying and light gaming - link: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/XGzRTH

I haven't choosed the gpu yet but I'm planning to add RX 480 or GTX 1060 if I'm gonna be able to afford it. I can also go for any cheaper gpus such as GTX 950 etc. My budget for psu is around £50. Please suggest any opinions on choosing the power supply unit. Thank you.

My parts list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/B6wZZ8

I think I should give you the exact list of my part list so you are able to find something which would fit in perfectly. This list was made by someone who was helping me with my first build and he already choosed the psu but I would like to double check and ask if you know about something better etc. Thank you.

Get the psu SR71 suggested.
Do you need Mini ITX build? Going with MicroATX or ATX is most common.
You can also consider the old GTX 970, as they are much cheaper now. Going with RX 480 or GTX 1060 would be the smarter move though.
You can buy windows from here for £20 - http://www.allkeyshop.com/blog/buy-windows-10-professional-cd-key-compare-prices/

For the OS I rather use any legit websites to buy Windows from, so I'm sorry but thank you for the suggestion.
First I would like to get the build without the gpu and upgrade in about year when I will be able to afford it.
The prices after BREXIT went also up so I will have to careful when choosing the right parts without overpaying them.

I don't know if you have seen the discussion I created this morning but here is the link:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3163644/prices-electronics-brexit.html

The price of my full build is now about £847, one week ago £798 and few weeks ago even cheaper.
The discussion was created to ask any suggestions when buying those parts etc.
I'm a student and I can't really afford investing so much money into my first new mini build.

My budget is £800 including the full build. My part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/B6wZZ8
If you have checked the link to the discussion I created this morning you would know that the
build was worth aobut £798 only one week ago and now the prices went up. Also few weeks
ago it was even cheaper and I think the main reason of this is BREXIT. The part list I got suits
my requirements but the prices went up and I just don't want to overpay. I'm a student so I
can't afford investing so much money to my first build. Thanks for your time and help.

Do you think there are any cheaper and good quality cases under £50? I haven't seen any yet. I don't want to pay for junk you know. Also I went for Mini IXT mb because it has build in Wifi and it suits my build. If I would change the build as you said it wouldn't make much difference. There is the modified part list as you said, but without the gpu: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/XGzRTH Any suggestions?

In that case, this is what i recommend. All component are good, and the build will serve you well. You can actually do some serious gaming on this.

Looks pretty fine. I will probably go with this build if the prices won't drop on my previous build. The only thing I'm worried aobut is the psu and using i3 instead of i5. What do you think? I know that i3 is about 2x cheaper but I would like to build something which would least longer time as I'm only a student and can't afford upgrading it.

I also took an idea from TechSource from YouTube and made a pretty similar build. Without the gpu for now:
Intel Quad-Core i5-4460, MSI H81I Mini ITX,... http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/wYLnLD

This build ^^^ uses slower ram but it doesn't matter so much as I'm not planning to do any video editing etc. Also I could reduce the costs with using the Thermaltake Core V1 instead of V21 but I heard that those cases take much more space in width than a normal Mid Tower cases so I would probably go for a normal case. I'm not an expert with psus so I can't really tell anything about that. Everything else looks fine. What do you think?

Go with the i3. No worries there. you're not doing any rendereing or video editing so you will not be puching even that i3 to it's max. Far from it. This build will last you throughout university without issue. As for teh case, ofcourse it's a better choice to get a cheap, standard case, unless you will be moving this build around like goind to lan parties and stuff.
Also, teh PSU is good and sufficient. I am not in teh habot of giving bad advice on Tom's.
And prices are not going down anytime soon. Get what you can afford and forget about it.

EDIT: as for teh build you linked, do not go for an older gen CPU(the i5-4460 will actually be slower than the i3 for your needs) or an EVGA B PSU.
