Multi Bios Update Help!!!!!

Hey Guys, i recently updated my Msi Motherboards bios..i flashed my bios when the switch was on 1st bios (main bios) ..now my question is ..should i repeat the flashing procedure with the switch on the 2nd bios also???? since i have a multi bios motherboard...(z97 gaming 7 )

Also note that my motherboard dosent boot when the switch is on 2nd bios

No, I'd advise against that since any issues on your primary BIOS stays on the primary BIOS. I'd ask you to wait and see how the new BIOS copes on your system to warrant the second BIOS undergo the same makeover.

Might I ask what your full system's specs are? It's possible that you're on Windows 10 and the BIOS is devoid of settings necessary to boot into your GUI/desktop though that is a hunch since you should be able to access your second BIOS in the event that the primary BIOS went south.
