Hello Tomshardware guys and experts!!
Its been really embarassing for an AMD fan when his/her APU's expected blazing fast performance isn't upto the mark !!
Reallyy, i felt sooo much sad when i tried to play titles like GTA V and AC:Syndicate.
Just got my new custom RiG from a trusted Wholesale dealer a couple of days ago, i was sooo enthusiastic abt it and couldn't wait for the gaming performance my 7890k was abt to deliver !! Soon i realised with a jaw-dropping outcome of the fps (with Fraps) on Gta V (just 14 fps at max!!) which was such a disappointing moment for me, i couldn't just beleive my eyes. Next were the best settings and optimizations which i could possibly do, even installing the latest Official Crimson edition Radeon Software but still no increment in the GTA V performance. The game has been torrented and has no errors, just runs like hell on my friend's Asus ROG ! So i was left with very few options to decide and so i decided some of u guy may help me resolving my issues.
I'm sorry for such a long ques but pardon me it has to be detailed!
This is it for Gta V, now comes AC:Syndicate (which is errorless too and i myself have played a lot of times on other systems at around Qhd@ 60fps )

Now i'll describe in 2 diff. Cases:

Case 1- Without attaching the Graphics card, ACS won't even start ! Just displayed the msg "The game requires DX11 and your video card doesn't support it or your video drivers need to be updated (As i've already said all my officially downloaded latest radeon drivers are installed properly)
At least it should run alone on my A10 7890k's integrated 2GB R7 240 graphics but it looks like Syndicate won't even care for that much graphics!!

Case 2- By installing the graphics card (GeForce GT210 1Gb: i know its not much but i thought that it would give some graphics boost in addition to my integrated graphics of APU) the game starts well but still the Ubisoft and nVidia logos animate around 10-15 fps (Fraps check!) at the start of the game! After nvidia logo there is a tiresome blank screen which moves to nowhere and my whole system stucks like hell at that point. Nothing happens afterwards!?!?!?!?! Even 4k videos run @60 fps lag free when the graphics card is installed but not without the card.... I fancy why .........just whhyyyy my a10 7890k Latest Flagship edition by amd on FM2+ p.form is presenting me the worst disappointing integrated graphics performance??
Oppositely, it boasted of fx 8350-equivalent compute power !! Installed win 10 x64 under 10 mins without any O.C.'ing!! Rest things work soo much fastly and smoothly that i needn't worry! So pls tell me why is it not giving me its full integrated graphics potential?

So what could be the possible reasons for improper or hampered gaming performance of my system (specs below)??

System specs:
AMD A10 7890k 4.3 GHz Godavari with Wraith Cooler
Asus A88XM-A 3.1 March 2016 Mfd.
G.Skill Ripjaws 1666 MHz (1x8GB)
Deepcool Dukase V2 White 2016 Mid Tower ATX
Deepcool 580 W non modular psu
Dell S2240L 21.5" 1080p 60Hz monitor
Kingston 120 GB SSD
nVidia GeForce 210 ddr3 1gb

What should i do to inc. my APU's integrated graphics performance without the use of gt 210??;(i know it is such a crappy not-even-entry-level card!!)

Best Regards and Thanks to you in advance!!

Solution
A) This forum does not offer support in regards to pirated software.

B) In regards to overall performance, first thing you need to understand is that adding a GT 210 does NOT add the performance of the GT 210 to the performance of your APU's iGPU, it just makes any application/game use the GT 210 instead.

The current gen AMD APUs are too weak for triple-A games because firstly they were made as budget options for stuff like e-sports rigs, and secondly they used technology that is over 4 years old by now. Any 2012 or earlier triple-A game they'll run just fine.

You can't really increase your APU's performance. With some good cooling you could overclock it, but this wouldn't really solve the issue, just lessen the severity of it. In...

Solution
Mr Kagouris is correct, torrented/pirated software isn't something we can help you with. It's illegal to pirate software. That may even be part of the problem for all we know since it has been tampered with and it may not be the same software issued by the company from a legit legal copy purchased.

If the games HAD been legal copies you may still have problems. Your cpu barely meets the min requirements for ac syndicate to run and the graphics portion of your apu doesn't. Ac syndicate calls for a minimum of an fx 6350 (which is comparable to your apu) and calls for 6gb of ram along with an r9 270. Your gpu portion of that apu is equal to an r7 240 and the gt 210 is no better.

The nvidia min required card listed is a gtx 660. Assuming you only have 2gb of system ram dedicated to your built in graphics, it only leaves you with 6gb of usable ram, the bare min. If you have more than 2gb of your system memory devoted to the gpu portion, you won't have enough system ram to meet the requirements.

http://www.pcgamer.com/the-assassins-creed-syndicate-system-requirements-are-here/

Gta v should run on those specs but since it's a torrented copy the troubles you may run into are unable to be determined.

There's no way to increase the performance of your integrated graphics, maybe by using faster ram and more ram so your system has use of at least 8gb while providing plenty of ram for your apu's gpu. You need a decent dedicated graphics card that has proper support for the direct x versions required by the games.

Thanks for your respective answers Mr. Kagouris and synphul!
Yea i knew that >2012 AAA+ Games won't run super-smoothly but for ur info imma tell u guys that i've seen many youtube videos in regard to my flagship Apu's performance in GTA V (not checked ACS)...the resulting fps as my eyes have seen (without any g.card) were around 25-30 (comparable to PS4/XBOX ONE gameplay). The video uploader's rest specs were equivalent to mine(like 8gb 1666 mhz, 450w supply, no liquid cooling: as wraith cooler takes care of it).

Also visit https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=juy7NsNBuSA for Tomb Raider gameplay.
Can you explain me how is it possible in these videos? Am i exaggerating the benefits of this super apu that it saves my pocket or Are the reviews and Gameplay videos fake and bullshit??

Do tell me if i can play Fifa 16/ upcoming Fifa 17 at 1080p smoothly ?

I was gng for Fx8350 rig which would then cost me around 8000 INR (£80) more and it mandatorily reqd. A high performance graphics solution like my current fav RX480 so incl. that my whole rig then would cost me around 70-75k INR (£750) but truly speaking, i had such a damn low budget!

Protip: Don't trust YouTube "benchmark" videos with 20,000 views from no-name channels. It's fairly easy to make a different GPU name appear in GTA V than the one used. You'll see videos showing a GTX 480 doing 60FPS at 1080p max settings in GTA V, a card that came out before 2010.

FIFA isn't a very demanding game afaik so should run without issues.

2133MHz RAM does help a lot with the performance of the flagship APUs (not so much with the weaker ones since those are too weak to be helped by fast memory anyway), so might want to sell your current sticks and buy a 2133MHz kit. This will make pretty much every game more playable until you can get a dGPU.

The 7890k isn't amazing CPU-wise, but it's still capable enough. Add an Rx 470 to your rig and you'll be set.

Now may be i should go for a higher clocked Memory. Hope it should improve some frames. Well, I've gotta say that after posting my original ques. i immediately installed Catalyst Drivers from official dvd i got rather installing from ASUS InstALL feature and it worked! Improved my gameplay fps by 5 or 8 frames by the aid of Crimson edition Radeon S/w.
I currently don't have enough budget for a discrete card like rx470.
Pls advise me which card should save my extra bucks and give an amazing booost ?
Can GTX750Ti or any other great $100-150 card makes GTA V playable at least 1080p medium/high settings??
And one thing more, can i get RX 480 8GB @monthly instalment system from within India or any other Country vendors?

No man, i don't wanna do <1080p gaming at all!!
At least 1080p, or 1440p gaming which my apu supports very well via Crimson s/w (Virtual Super Resolution) and it increases the resolution considerably! So i'll probably go for RX480 4gb!

You misunderstood me, the Rx 470 is more than capable of running anything at 1080p, but your APU simply isn't powerful enough, no matter what driver you install or how fast your RAM is. If you want to go for an Rx 480 sure, even better, just saying it's not strictly necessary.

No i didn't understand u brah i just checked on reputed sites like anandtec. They suggested that 4gb variant of RX 480 is better than that of 4gb ver. of that of 470 by just adding a $50, can u show me the actual fps achieved in GTA V at medium and high settings by rx 470 4gb?

Yes, I should probably go for a 480 8GB version cuz I literally wanna play ACS, WItcher III, Mafia III, and GTA V @1440p or at least @1080p at Ultra Settings at around 40-50 fps or more! Hope it'd do it, isn't it ?

BTW Have you seen an RX 470 8gb doing 40-50 fps or more at maxed out settings in GTA V @1080p ?

Pls check the Best Final Prices (updated) of the two concerned cards in my country:

MSI RX 470 8GB (21.5k) - http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=5282&search=rx+470+8gb

MSI RX 470 4GB (18.2k INR) - http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=5471&search=rx+470+4gb

RX 470 4GB Asus Strix OC Edition (21k) : http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=5263&search=rx+470+4gb

Sapphire RX 480 8GB (23k INR) - http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=4766&search=rx+480

Sapphire RX 480 8GB(24.7k INR) - http://mdcomputers.in/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=5369&search=rx+480 (O.C.+ Nitro)

Well, My favourite out of the above is the Last One with O.C. And it is very clear from above that 480 8gb (minus) 470 8gb= 1-2k INR, So tell me why should I go for 470 ?!
