Hello guys,i bought a new pc on pices and i have a problem,it runs perfectly,but after i reinstalled the windows and changed the freq from the memory ram from 1600 to 1866,the Pc don't turn on,the power supply turn on and i hear a sound like a car engine that can't start...Anyone that can fix the problem ?
