Problems with HDMI Video Output

I am using my new MB's onboard video card. I use it for my PC monitor, but also watch videos on my TV via the MB's HDMI output. The monitor's display is just fine. There is a problem with the TV's display though. On many videos, there is a green hue or pattern in shadowy/dark areas of the screen, not the entire screen. I have posted a sample screen capture here:

I have installed the latest drivers for the card, but it did not help. How can I correct this?

Regards…John

Motherboard: Asus AM1M-A
Video Card: ATI/AMD Radeon HD 8400 (Kabini) [AsusTek]
OS: Windows 7, SP1
Video Player: GOM Player

Solution
Try checking your color settings. They may be called HDMI Color Format, or Digital Color Format, Deep Color, etc. Your TV may only support certain modes, such as RGB or YCbCr. Just try them all and see which (if any) works properly.

Tried MPC (Media Player Classic) - same result. Also, had watched videos on my TV via HDMI with my previous MB's card and GOM Player and did not experience this problem.
