How much will this CPU bottleneck this graphics card?

My friend is trying to build a computer. He has decided to buy an Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor and a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card. How much will the CPU bottleneck the GPU?

There will be some bottlenecking but not too big.

Now please tell me this friend is not drinking the year-old 3258 Kool-Aid?
Yes you can overclock it and that is nice for single-threaded programs, but at the end of the day it is still a low end dual core processor and anything that is actually going to stress it is multi-threaded and thus an i3 will perform significantly better.
