Hi all,
I will be getting a ASUS x-99 A II MOBO to go along with my CPU i7-6800k, GPU: 1060 GTX, and PSU EVGA 550W Supernova G2 series
Link to specifications of MOBO: HERE
I am reading a guide and it states: " Be sure to buy any additional cabling you might need, such as SATA cables to connect the storage drives and the graphics card to the motherboard. (Check to see which cords come with your motherboard first, though.)"
So I looked through the specifications of my MOBO and found that it comes with:
User's manual
ASUS Q-Shield
4 x SATA 6Gb/s cable(s)
1 x M.2 Screw Package
1 x CPU installation tool
1 x Supporting DVD
1 x SLI bridge(s)
1 x Q-connector(s) (1 in 1)
1 x Extension Cable for RGB strips (80 cm)
The 4 x SATA 6GB/s cable(s) means that I do NOT need to buy any cables to connect my MOBO to GPU and Mobo TO PSU, is this correct?
