Cant access Router / No Default Gateway

I had a power outage yesterday and when it came back my network was down.

I can no longer get access to the internet with my router.
If i go modem to pc it works.
I tried power cycle to no end.
Did Factory restore and all lights work but the internet light.
Cant access router settings to see what the problem is.
Hooked up my older router and it worked fine.

Is my router dead or is there something i can do?
It looks like it should be working but i cant figure it out.

I know the basics on networking but this is over my head.
Any advise is appreciated.
