RAM timings question

I understand mixing different RAM sticks is not recommended although I've used two 4GB sticks (one is Crucial, other - Kingston) for years now, they both are 1333 Mhz, 1.5 V and, to my knowledge, both have CL 9. In the image below you can see all the timings at 666 MHz are identical and Cas Latency is 9.0 . So why does it say "11 clocks" at CAS Latency under Memory?

Also, do you think there will be any tangible performance increase if I upgrade the RAM?

Solution
They may be CL9, but they can only work in dual channel together with those timings(CL11). You are actually very lucky that they worked in dual channel at all.

That being said, no, there would be no percievable difference from upgrading your RAM in normal usage(a DB server, heavy rendering would be exceptions). Only upgrade if you need more capacity.
