I have a Dell XPS 8700, intel quad core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz, 8 GB memory ram 5gen. and need to up grade my graphic card, and would like to know if the ASUS (AMD) STRIX Radeon R7 370 Overclocked 4 GB DDR5 256-bit video/graphic card compatible with my PC.

should be fine, however id recommend you check power supply before. dell xps are pretty good systems id expect it to have 400W or 500W. as long as that's what you got or more you should be perfect!
