Hey guys,
So I'm looking to do a simple reformatting and when I'm about to get in my bios using F2 or Del, my monitor stays with a black screen and basically goes into sleep mode and the code A8 appears on my mobo. A8 is for Setup Verifying password. So I figured it was asking for my supervisor password, but since the screen was black I took a chance and just wrote the password and hit enter. That allowed me to get rid of the A8 code but now I am stuck to the A6 code. A6 is for SCSI detection. That's when I faced a wall and started looking for answers on the Internet... Haven't found any help so far.
I can always hit the reset button and my computer will work fine. Like I said, I'm just trying to get to my BIOS...
I'm using the asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard and windows 7 pro SP1.
