New gaming pc freezing on games

hey guys I built my first pc and it was running fine for 2 days but now its freezing on games (hard freeze requires holding down the power button to shut off) it seems to take it awhile for it to freeze usually 5 hours but recently its now 1 hour before it freezes I have done memtest86 and got no errors and I have swapped out Gpus with a friend and it was still freezing
Here are my specs
Cpu: intel i5 6400 2.7 ghz
Mb: Gigabyte z170x gaming 3
gpu: Gigabyte G1 Gaming R9 380 4gb ddr5
Ram: 4gb x 2 hyperX from Kingston 2133mhz
Psu: Enermax 80 plus bronze rated 430w
Ssd: adata sp550 120gb

hey guys I'm back since then I have replaced the psu with a evga G2 650 watts the pc freezes way less but still does sometimes every once in awhile the specs are the same but there is a 1tb hard drive from wd added now I also took apart the computer and put it back together with after market thermal paste any ideas guys ?
